Why We Built This
Privacy Matters
Your images may contain sensitive information personal photos, business documents, proprietary designs. What most people do not realise is that photos taken on phones and cameras embed hidden metadata: GPS coordinates showing exactly where a photo was taken, timestamps, camera model, and even the software used to edit it. ImgTweak removes all of this during compression, while processing everything locally in your browser. Your files never touch our servers, Your compressed images are clean by default no GPS, no EXIF, no camera fingerprints. The Image Info panel even shows you exactly what was embedded before it is removed during compression.

Professional Quality
We use industry-standard libraries MozJPEG, OxiPNG, libwebp, libavif and libjxl compiled to WebAssembly. These are the same tools used by professional photographers and web developers worldwide.
